This system lets you create a datesheet for each subject, including practical exams. Once it's published, students can see it when they log in.
You can set up exam centers and assign a superintendent to each one.
The system provides a variety of reports to help you track student attendance. You can view attendance reports by subject, morning or evening session, and date. You can also see the total number of unique students across the entire session. All of these reports are available in Excel format, and you can use the digital copies to create seating plans.
Attendance is recorded using the answer sheet serial numbers. You can mark students as Present, Absent, Detained, or UMS (Unfair Means). All students are automatically marked as present, so you only need to update the status of those who are absent.
After you've updated attendance, you can print a Challan with a unique number for each subject. This Challan is submitted to the Secrecy Branch, and the same packet number is used during the answer sheet evaluation process.
